Dumoffice is formed by a three-headed design-team, Wiebe Boonstra, Martijn Hoogendijk and Marc van Nederpelt, operating from Amsterdam. Besides working under assignment, Dumoffice pursues a collection of interior objects under the name DUM.
Their style is a crossover of cool non-conformistic materials, production techniques and references stretching out from sportswear to architecture. 'We like to sample images and materials from sources other then the home environment and mix it into DUM homewear'.
Their work has been widely exhibited, published and aquired by the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. With this collection they show who they are and what they are capable of. All this to get in contact with those manufacturers and commissioners who attach importance to the way they work
