The Dustcollectors are inspired by objects and shapes who at first hand have an dual us-aged; function and decoration. When this function disappears it becomes a non-product, taking space!
Just like the classical vases you normally see on antique cupboards and mantelpieces. They have the vase function but are hardly never used that way. They are status symbols of the past and used as decoration.There real function switched to collecting dust and being beautiful.
So why not be honest and make them totally decoration and dust-collecting?
The handmade, unique
pieces are made of resin; drawn up as an open structure and decoration
in one.
