Stockholm Furniture Fair

The Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa was Guest of Honour at the Stockholm Furniture Fair 2006. Fukasawa created a lounge in the entrance hall of the Stockholm Fair.

Naoto Fukasawa, 49, has worked with companies such as Muji, Seiko, Apple, Epson, B&B Italia and NEC. His designs have been awarded some fifty prizes. Fukasawa has a broad design background; he has drawn mobile phones, cd-players and domestic appliances, but also furniture for famous companies like Driade and Magis, and lighting for Artemide. Fukasawa is a design consultant for large Japanese companies, he has written two books and also works as a guest lecturer at the Tama Art University
