Moss Reborn
Moss in New York has a new look for the new decade. Gone are the high platforms and the runway. Gone are the painted walkways and the rigid east/west direction thrust. The shop now has islands of low floating corian platforms which allow a dramatically different access to the product on display. We look both wider and higher, and brighter and warmer. From the Illuminated crucifix standing in juxtaposition to the neon Moss logo in the window, to the new Palindrome pieces from Peter Marigold and Maarten Baas’s most recent contributions to Where There’s Smoke, to the limited edition Campana designed shirts for Lacoste, to the new Flos lighting shop which will open in our gallery space later in the quarter, Moss is starting the new decade with not only a new look, but new work, new partners, and a return to basic principles.
